Uppercut is affiliate recruiting and program software for B2B SaaS only. Merchants run campaigns, affiliates, leads, sales review, tracking, assets, and payouts in-app — or through the Merchant MCP from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client.

## Merchant MCP (shipped)

OAuth-secured MCP so an agent can operate one merchant team: campaigns, affiliates, leads, sales review, tracking checks, assets, payout funding.

- MCP endpoint (POST): `https://app.uppercut.co/mcp`
- Auth: OAuth 2.1 + PKCE (S256), public clients (`token_endpoint_auth_method: none`)
- Tokens are team-scoped (`uca_…` Bearer). Consent picks one team.
- Scopes: `merchant:read` (list/read), `merchant:write` (mutations)
- Not the REST sales API (`/api/track-sale`). MCP runs the program; REST/Stripe still record payments.
